The CRE REDUCE team includes some of Australia’s leading researchers on optimised drug therapy in critically ill patients, having published extensively in the areas of intensive care medicine, pharmacometrics and infectious diseases. CRE REDUCE and the Antimicrobial Optimisation Team at the UQ Centre for Clinical Research alongside their collaborators have delivered educational events for physicians, medical and allied health professionals around the globe. Some of these events include masterclasses on optimising antimicrobial therapy for serious infections in the intensive care environment, patients receiving extracorporeal support, and facilitated by therapeutic drug monitoring and dosing software, as well as workshops in pharmacometric modelling.
